I love hiking trails to beautiful places, drinking coffee and reading books under a cozy blanket, sweating myself into a puddle at hot yoga, enjoying bougie cocktails with my besties, and watching my kiddos turn into the most incredible humans.

My coaching journey started with my entire household getting diagnosed as neurodivergent. As many women my age have experienced, filling out form after form for my kids made me realize the call was coming from inside the house! Ack! Many of us slipped through the cracks because we performed well academically and we were “good girls” (and not the fun, spicy kind!). I experienced sadness, resentment, burnout, and a loss of skills after my diagnosis. Then I spent a lot of time unmasking to figure out who I was as a human being. I learned to appreciate the way my brain works and started finding ways to work with my ADHD instead of against it. Then other women started asking me how I maneuvered through it all. This lead me to coaching. I want to help people let go of the shame and remove “Why can’t I just…?” and “I should be able to…!” from their vocabulary!

I approach coaching with curiosity and without judgement. There is no diagnosis required to get ADHD coaching. If you know you’re neurodivergent, that’s works for me! I’m here to partner with you through your challenges, whether that includes how you feel about your diagnosis or what systems you need to help you be successful with it.

Hi, I’m Kelly!
